Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days – $15.00 or free shipping for orders over $200.00

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days – $25.00 

International Shipping Rates and Estimates 

Standard Shipping: 6-27 business days - $35.00 AUD

Express Shipping: 3-5 business days for NZ, Asia Pacific, US, Canada, UK & Europe. Rest of the world 10-15 business days - $50.00 AUD

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Customs & Imports 

As all orders are dispatched directly from Australia, please be aware that you may incur customs fees upon delivery of your package in your destination country.

As the customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

Please note that the total displayed on your checkout page does not encompass any additional duties. Any supplementary duties required will be communicated to you by the carrier.

 Kai Kollection as no control over customs and import taxes, and we cannot determine the exact amount you will be charged, as customs and import tax vary widely depending on the country you are situated in.

For specific thresholds and regulations:

USA: Goods imported from Australia valued above $800USD are subject to import fees.

Australia: No import fees, as we are based in Australia.

 All other regions: You may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority, and you will be responsible for the payment of any fees incurred.

In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Kai Kollection, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
